A Chat in the Forums

i think we shod have Chat in the forums. i recomend Xat the most.
the chat would be better for us to say if we wanna trade or do stuff. anyways as i said Xat is better because there is are ranks : MAIN Owner (the one that made the chat) Owner , Moderator , Member , Guest. Moderators are supposed to kick people that are annoying or spaming, ban the people that are heavy swearing at us.
Owners can do that to mods if they're not respecting the Chat Rules.
and ofcourse Main owner can do anything xD.

ok so....Moderators can upgrade Guests to Members (guests will show up to join this server, so we make them official Members of this server). Owners can upgrade Members-Moderators (do this only if the Members are respecting the rules, other people and upper ranks. plus Members must NOT ask to be mods or owners.
and finaly Main owner can upgrade moderators-owners (they must have been for a long time here and the Main owner must trust them)

These shod be the Chat Rules :
1. No Spamming

2. No Flaming

3. No Advertising

4. No impersonation

5. No Arguing

6. Do not ask to become a Mod or Admin

7. If a mod breaks these rules, they shall be demodded
